الحذف من داخل التطبيق
افتح: «المزيد ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب وكل البيانات» ثم أكّد. لا تُمسح بيانات جهازك ولا يظهر «تم» إلا بعد أن يؤكد الخادم اكتمال الحذف فعليًا، حمايةً لك من حذف ناقص.
عند تعذّر الدخول
أرسل طلب الحذف من البريد المرتبط بحسابك إلى support@sehtiandme.com. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز دخول أو بيانات صحية. نتحقق من الهوية بما يناسب حساسية الطلب.
ماذا يُحذف؟
حسابك وملفك الغذائي والصحي وسجلات الوجبات والماء والوزن والأسرة، وأي صور دعم خاصة أرسلتها. يُزال المحتوى المرتبط بحسابك من أنظمتنا.
ما الذي قد يبقى؟
قد تبقى سجلات مالية أو أمنية محدودة للمدة النظامية اللازمة لإثبات المعاملات ومنع الاحتيال، بعد فصلها عن هوية حسابك قدر الإمكان. هذا التزام نظامي محدود لا يشمل ملفك الصحي.
المدة والتأكيد
نعالج الطلب خلال المدة النظامية (عادةً حتى 30 يومًا). عند اكتمال الحذف يُنهى وصولك للخدمة وتنتهي أي مزايا مرتبطة بالحساب. لإدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاء التجديد استخدم إعدادات المتجر (Google Play / Apple).

Delete from inside the app
Open: More → Settings → Delete account and all data, then confirm. Your device data is not wiped and “Done” is only shown after the server confirms the deletion actually completed — protecting you from a partial delete.
If you can’t sign in
Send a deletion request from the email linked to your account to support@sehtiandme.com. Never send a password, login code or health details. We verify identity in proportion to the request.
What is deleted?
Your account, your nutrition and health profile, meal, water and weight logs, family records, and any private support images you sent. Content tied to your account is removed from our systems.
What may remain?
Limited financial or security records may be retained for the legally required period to prove transactions and prevent fraud, after being unlinked from your account identity where possible. This narrow legal obligation does not include your health profile.
Timing and confirmation
We process the request within the applicable period (typically up to 30 days). Once deletion completes, your access ends and any account-linked benefits stop. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your store settings (Google Play / Apple).
