مقدم الخدمة
يقدّم تطبيق «أنا وصحتي — Sehti and Me» خدماته في المملكة العربية السعودية. التواصل الرسمي: sehtiandme@gmail.com أو «الرسائل ← الدعم» داخل التطبيق.
قبول الشروط
بإنشاء الحساب وتحديد مربع الموافقة فإنك تقر بقراءة هذه الشروط وإشعار الخصوصية وقبولهما. نسجل إصدار الوثيقة ووقت القبول خادميًا. إذا تغيرت الشروط جوهريًا سنعرض الإصدار الجديد ونطلب موافقة جديدة عند الحاجة.
طبيعة الخدمة
يوفر التطبيق أدوات للعافية والتغذية العامة وتسجيل الطعام والماء والنشاط، وقيمًا وتوصيات تقديرية. لا يقدم تشخيصًا أو علاجًا أو وصفة أو جرعة دوائية ولا يغني عن الطبيب أو أخصائي التغذية.
سلامة الاستخدام
يجب مراجعة الصنف والكمية والقيم قبل الحفظ وعدم اتخاذ قرار طبي اعتمادًا على التطبيق. يجب استشارة مختص عند الحمل أو الرضاعة أو صغر السن أو وجود مرض أو أعراض أو حساسية شديدة. عند الطوارئ تواصل مع خدمات الطوارئ المختصة.
الحساب والأسرة
أنت مسؤول عن صحة البيانات وأمان وسيلة الدخول. حسابات التابعين ينشئها ويشرف عليها ولي مخول. يحظر انتحال الهوية أو إنشاء حساب تابع دون سلطة أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو محاولة تجاوز الصلاحيات.
الاشتراك والدفع
تُعرض الخطة والسعر والمدة قبل الشراء. تُعالج المدفوعات والتجديدات والاستردادات بواسطة Google Play أو Apple وفق المنصة. يستمر التجديد التلقائي ما لم يلغِه المستخدم من إعدادات المتجر قبل موعد التجديد. إلغاء التجديد لا يلغي المدة المدفوعة المتبقية، وتنتهي المزايا عند انتهاء الاستحقاق الموثق خادميًا.
الذكاء الاصطناعي
ميزات تحليل الصور والمدرب الذكي اختيارية ولا تعمل عبر مزود خارجي قبل موافقة صريحة. قد تخطئ النتائج أو تتعدد الاحتمالات؛ لذلك يجب تأكيد الصنف والكمية وعدم الاعتماد عليها كحقيقة طبية.
الملكية الفكرية
البرمجيات والتصميم والعلامة والمحتوى الأصلي مملوكة لصاحبها أو مرخصة له. لا يجوز النسخ أو الهندسة العكسية أو إعادة البيع أو الاستخدام غير المشروع، مع بقاء حقوق المستخدم في بياناته.
التعليق والإنهاء
يجوز تقييد الحساب عند الاحتيال أو الإساءة أو الخطر الأمني أو مخالفة الأنظمة، مع إتاحة قناة اعتراض مناسبة. يمكنك حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق، مع مراعاة الاحتفاظ المحدود الذي يوجبه النظام أو يلزم لإثبات المعاملات ومنع الاحتيال.

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. ابدأ الشكوى عبر الدعم أو البريد الرسمي. لا تحد هذه الشروط من الحقوق الإلزامية للمستهلك أو حقوق صاحب البيانات المقررة نظامًا.

Sehti and Me provides its services from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Official contact: sehtiandme@gmail.com or Messages → Support in the app.
Acceptance
By creating an account and checking the acceptance box, you acknowledge reading and accepting these terms and the privacy notice. The version and server acceptance time are recorded. Material changes are presented again where renewed consent is required.
Service scope
The app provides general wellness and nutrition logging tools and estimated values. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or calculate medication doses and does not replace a physician or dietitian.
Safe use
Review food, quantity and values before saving, and do not make medical decisions from the app. Seek professional advice for pregnancy, lactation, minors, disease, symptoms or severe allergy. Contact appropriate emergency services in an emergency.
Accounts and family
You are responsible for accurate information and securing access. Dependent accounts require an authorized guardian. Impersonation, unauthorized dependent accounts, abuse and attempts to bypass authorization are prohibited.
Subscriptions and payment
Plan, price and duration are shown before purchase. Google Play or Apple processes payment, renewal and refunds under the platform rules. Auto-renewal continues until cancelled in store settings before renewal. Cancellation preserves the paid period, and premium features end when the server-verified entitlement expires.
Artificial intelligence
Image analysis and AI coaching are optional and do not use an external processor without explicit consent. Results can be wrong or ambiguous; confirm the food and quantity and never treat an AI output as medical fact.
Intellectual property
Software, design, brand and original content are owned by or licensed to the provider. Copying, reverse engineering, resale and unlawful use are prohibited, while users retain their rights in their personal data.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be restricted for fraud, abuse, security risk or legal violation, with an appropriate appeal channel. You may delete the account in-app, subject to limited legally required or fraud/transaction evidence retention.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Start complaints through support or the official email. Nothing limits mandatory consumer or data-subject rights.
